Party Affiliation Questions and Answers This link will answer most of your questions about who can vote. Quick answers: If you did not vote in the Primary Election you may vote in either Runoff Primary Election. If you did vote in one particular party Primary Election, you must stay (vote) with that same particular party in the Runoff Election.

**REMINDER- Annual Ballot by Mail Applications are only good for one calendar year. You must reapply in January every year. **
Qualifications: (one or more must apply)
* 65 years of age or older
* Confinement in jail
* Expected absence from county during Early Voting and on Election Day.
Ballot must be mailed to an out of county address.
Beginning January 1, 2018 voters may request their annual ballot by mail . Applications may be emailed to us or mailed to us (Hood County Elections; 1410 W Pearl St; Granbury, TX 76048). If you fax your application, our fax number is 817-408-2592. If voter submits their application via email or fax, we must receive a hard copy in the mail within four business days of the submission of the fax or email.
